Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your EADEM glow; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of lightly used products within 30 days of delivery. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and a small processing fee may apply to return shipments.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you. Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location listed on your return label within 7 days of initiation.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
